Once an arrangement has been accepted and more than 24 hours have passed, Flowers by Arelis cannot offer refunds or replacements for wilting, discoloration, mold, petal deterioration, or other changes that may occur as flowers naturally age or as a result of temperature, humidity, water quality, handling, or improper care.
Approved claims may be resolved, at the discretion of Flowers by Arelis, through a replacement, store credit, or refund.
