Any concerns regarding the quality or condition of an arrangement must be reported to Flowers by Arelis within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, accompanied by clear photographs of the arrangement.
Once an arrangement has been accepted and more than 24 hours have passed, Flowers by Arelis cannot offer refunds or replacements for wilting, discoloration, mold, petal deterioration, or other changes that may occur as flowers naturally age or as a result of temperature, humidity, water quality, handling, or improper care.
Approved claims may be resolved, at the discretion of Flowers by Arelis, through a replacement, store credit, or refund.
